Self Drive Van Hire

Terms & Conditions

We ensure that we offer the service levels  that you expect from a market leader in the rental industry.

We can offer van hire on both a weekly and a daily basis under the following requirements:

• Drivers must be between the ages of 23 – 70.
• Full clean driving license, if you have any points there will be an additional charge.
• We require to see both sides of your driving licence.
• Identification required for your address. (Utility Bill)
• £250.00 deposit required at time of booking. (no cheques)
• Our insurance is fully Comprehensive
• Daily hire allows a maximum of 200 miles per day any excess is then charged at 12p plus vat per mile.

Please let us know if you have any endorsements at the time of booking so we can price accordingly.

We do ask that all hire vehicles are returned with the same amount of fuel as they went out with.

All vehicles are non smoking and no pets allowed.

The deposit we take only covers any excess mileage and fuel usage.  If any damage is caused to the windscreen you are liable for the cost of the repair or replacement.  Any damage to the vehicle is the responsibility of the hirer, to the value of £1000.00 plus vat with the exception of the Luton Box Van, any damage above the height of the windscreen is the sole responsibility of the hirer, due to height restrictions.

Long Term hire can also be arranged under different terms and conditions.
